Emily Thorp has twenty-plus years of freelance experience editing and copyediting for major publishing houses, small presses, and literary magazines.  When not reading for business, she is reading for pleasure, her passions being classic literature, contemporary fiction, and poetry.  She lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband, two teenagers, and three dogs.

Nick Kocz is studying for his MFA at Virginia Tech. His short stories have appeared or are forthcoming in Web Conjunctions, The Portland Review, Red Rock Review, Gargoyle and Pindeldyboz and have been nominated for inclusion in this year's Best New American Voices anthology. Most recently, he won first prize in North Point's "New Beginnings/Post-Apocalyptic" story contest.

Carol Reid lives and writes in a small community on the west coast of Canada. She and her family share a mostly untamed acre with a sweet Scottish Terrier, a ferocious tabby and whatever that is rustling through the bush at night.

Carolyn Dekker is a graduate student at the University of Michigan. She was a Biology and English major at Williams College and a teacher in Boston before becoming a Midwesterner. Her short fiction has appeared in the Connecticut Review.

Su-Yee Lin is an undergraduate at Brown University majoring in Literary Arts. She enjoys fencing, sketching, parkour, and urban exploration. Her first published short story, "In Dreams Tangible," is forthcoming in the summer print issue of Fantasy Magazine.

C.P. Stewart lives with his family in North Yorkshire. Formerly singer/songwriter with the cult band Laughing Gravy, his poetry has been widely published in the U.K., the United States, Canada, and, most recently, India.  Visit his Web site at www.cpstewart-poet.co.uk.

Celeste Lipkes is majoring in Writing Seminars and History of Science at Johns Hopkins University. She is a recipient of the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship from Hopkins and a Davidson Fellowship in Literature from the Davidson Foundation. She has attended writing workshops at Kenyon and Sarah Lawrence College and is excited to be reviewing and editing poetry for Sotto Voce.

Jacqueline West's work has been published in journals including St. Ann's Review, The Pedestal Magazine, Pebble Lake Review, Barnwood, flashquake, Briar Cliff Review, and Strange Horizons. She has twice been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her chapbook, Cherma, is forthcoming from Parallel Press. Jacqueline currently lives, writes, and teaches English in eastern Wisconsin.
